I arrived at felas for my shift, fela was still asleep. Emma walked me through felas morning routine to ensure I knew what to do. Emma t then arrived and we had handover. I went up to fela whikdt he was having morning snack and tea about 3 times and he asked for five each time. I went up to fela and he asked for five again but I promtped him to the toilet. Fela got undressed and used the toilet, he passed urine. Fela then got in the shower and I went downstairs to start preparing breakfast. Once fela had his time in the shower I went up and we did his morning routine. Emma t came up with me so she could watch how his morning routine was done. Emma then stayed with fela whikdt he finished getting dressed and I finished up doing breakfast. We sat down for breakfast,said prayer and ate. Me and Emma then did some chores whilst fela was having his supplements. I asked fela twice whilst doing the board if he would like to go for a walk or rest. Both times he refused a walk and asked for rest. Emma and I got the room sleep ready and fela lay down for a nap. Me and Emma did some more chores. I woke fela up and he had snack. Whilst he had snack me and Emma did more chores. I then started preparing felas lunch. after lunch we did the board with fela again and offered him a sleep and shoulder massage as told to do by Carla. Fela accepted. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement. I cleaned felas keloids before getting the room nap ready, fela lay down with his shoulder massager on and we left him be. Fela didn’t actually go to sleep though. I asked fela if he would like to do a walk at home and he said no. Emma and I prepared fela snack. Emma fought with the pineapple whilst I cut up the apple and made felas tea. Fela had his snack and sat relaxing to music whilst I did the dishes, Emma swept and hoovered. Fela then became vocal and was rocking back and forth quiet aggressively. We gave fela five and he calmed down. julie arrived we had handover and I left
