Shift Report:
RP & MH gave a handover, Fela was just awake from his nap, said hello to him and promoted to the loo. I updated the TEACCH board with Fela and ran through with him, took his supplements and then joined the table for dinner. I gave him manicure, MH gave him a shave and cleaned his keloids, he had his evening snacks and I ran his bath. MH assisted him to take a bath and relaxed in the tub.
