Fela got out the bath at 21:50 he did his routine well and then was in bed with lights out at 22:20. Fela slept from 22:45 to 1:55. He used the toilet and then was awake till 05:15. He then slept from 5:15 to 6:50. I took his supplements fruit and tea up and then he did his routine well but very slow. He came down for breakfast at 8:25.
