27/06/2026 – Sleep shift – Brandy Kahura

Shift Report:

After Fela had finished his bath, I assisted him to dry himself. He then brushed his teeth and proceeded to his bedroom.
While applying his magnesium, I noticed a small bump on the side of his neck. Aloe Propolis was applied to the area. As the room temperature was 28°C, the air conditioner was left on to maintain a comfortable environment.
Fela was in bed by 22:12 and fell asleep at 23:17.
At 00:30, Fela woke independently and used the toilet. I checked his bed, which was dry. The room temperature was 27°C, so the air conditioner remained on. Fela returned to bed and slept through until 05:37, when he woke up. He appeared vocally unsettled at this time.
At 06:00, I went to his room and offered him a choice between a bath and a shower. Fela chose to have a bath. He took his morning supplements with approximately three glasses of water.
I prepared his bath and supported him through his morning routine. Once he was dressed, we came downstairs for breakfast. Fela ate well and drank a further five glasses of water.
At the time of this report, Fela was relaxing calmly in the lounge.
