Shift Report:
Fela has had a positive day from the time of his arrival at 9:45. The highlights were as follows:
- Listening to music whilst Mama and Michael had telephone consultation with Mr. Sing regarding Fela’s keloids. We await a letter of confirmation.
- Fela was lethargic so I offered him a choice between gym and walk at home with Nick and with Leslie. he chose Leslie and participated for 30 minutes.
- I gave him a facial trim.
- We spoke to Nanna Hazel and sang the ‘I love you’ song at the end.
- We watched ‘Jesus the start of it all’ DVD on signing of church songs, and imitated some of the signs e.g. for God, everyone, Jesus.
- Fela did foot physio with rolling the tennis ball under his feet.
- Fela applied aloe vera leaf to his keloids on several occasions.
- He was not keen on dancing with Mama or bouncing on the gym ball, but he requested a foot spa so he had it after his evening snack once his food was digested.
He is relaxing in the bath at the time of writing.
