As usual Fela had his sleepmix before going upstairs to continue with his evening routine at 21:49. All needs met, prayer said and in bed at 22:20 and then slept at 22:35. He was awake at 05:00, prompted to the loo and dressed his bed as it was wet. He slept again at 05:40 and woke up at 07:27, prompted to use the toilet, shower and wore his underwear to take his supplement and tea, clothed, keloids cleaned and he went to brush his teeth. Came downstairs for his breakfast and I handed over to MH & WA when they arrived for their shift this morning, when leaving Fela was taking his supplement.
