Shift Report:
Arrived at felas and me and Claire went up to carla and Michaels. Fela got his shoes and coat on and we returned home. Fela took his shoes and coat off and then went to sit on the sofa. He did foot physio and handle and o prepared dinner. We all sat down and fela ate well then had his hot drink afterwards. He then went and sat in the sofa. After a while we all did mr motivater, he then had a shave and his snack. Claire then supported him with his bath routine.
