The overnight temperature was 4⁰c. Fela took off the bath water stopper on his own and got ready to come out from the bath by 09:25pm, So i assisted him to bring him out from the bath. He was in the room by 09:32pm. After all the night routines he used the toilet and passed urine and back to the room. He was in bed by 09:45pm. He slept at 10:30pm. He woke up by 2:50am. I prompted him to use the toilet. He used the toilet and back to bed. He was not sleeping so prompted him to use the toilet and i went to his room by 4:15 am. The bed was set so I quickly changed his bed while he was in the toilet. He was in bed again by 4:25am and slept again by 4:55am. Fela woke up in the morning at 6:50am then he used the toilet passed urine and we went downstairs. He had his supplement after that he had a shower and put the gown on. Fela brushed his teeth and got ready for breakfast. After prayer he had his breakfast, AM supplement, green tea. Then we went upstairs for the other morning routines. After all the morning routines went back to downstairs. He was relaxing in the lounge and listening to music. KO and DW came in for their shift. Handover given to them and say goodbye to Fela.
