Assisted Fela from the bath, had his sleep mix then we went up stairs and went through the night routine. Fela then used the toilet and brushed his teeth. Got in bed , said prayer, head massage, music on low and I left at 22.25. Asleep by 22.55. Awoke at 03.50, asked Fela to use the toilet, passed urine , got back in bed 03.55. Remained awake and a little vocal at times Up at 05.43 passed urine and got back in bed 05.47. Remaining awake throughout so I went up at 06.50 and asked Fela to use the toilet then had supplements, tea and fruit , then after got in the shower, assisted out and dried then went through the morning routine. Fela opened the curtains and then Went down for breakfast at 07.45. Fela got his own apron and put on, sat, said prayer and ate, after finishing his tea he sat at sofa listening to music. Been quite vocal this am although seems in a good mood.
