Assisted Fela from the bath , dried his back and Fela did the remainder. We went upstairs and went through the night routine, Fela then messed and threaded a little. Got in bed at 22.00, gave a head massage, said prayer, music on low and left. Fela seemed quite tired. Asleep by 22.30. Fela slept soundly until going up with his supplements, tea and fruit at 07.15. Awoke in a good mood.Used the toilet, passed urine and then sat on bed , had tea, fruit and supplements. Went through morning routine. Fela got in the shower, gave him 5 then went up and assisted Fela from the shower, dried his back and Fela did rest, brushed his teeth, went through the morning routine. Fela messed and threaded and we then went downstairs at 08.30, after messing and threading at 08.40 sat, said prayer and ate. Finishing breakfast at time of report.
