<span;>On arrival Fela was about to take his morning supplements. Had handover from Esther and signed petty cash. Said hi to Fela and sat with him while he finished. Once finished Fela removed his apron and sat listening to music. Board was done with Fela and he agreed to all activities. I then started to prepare lunch to take with us to Tunstall park. Chores were started. Fela then had his snack and smoothie drink. Fela appeared to be unhappy and was rocking and clapping at times, Fela was asked if he still wanted to go for a walk he clearly said no and gave a thumbs down. Board was updated and walk with nick was used instead of Tunstall park. I then put the curtains back up which had come down earlier. We then did walk at home Fela did very well participating and was happy throughout. He then sat listening to relaxing Jazz music. Fela then had his lunch and desert. Once finished I went to update his board, Fela came over and pulled out the nap card. Nap was put on TEACCH board. Fela was given time to digest his food and looked very tiered falling asleep while sitting on the sofa at 2pm room was made sleep ready and lay down with relaxing sleep music. Fela slept and woke up at 15.15. I then made Felas snack. Anne arrived. Board updated and dinner made. I then started the Tesco inventory. Fela bounced on his gym ball with Anne. Dinner was then served. Fela did foot physio and had his shoulder massager afterwards and became vocal unhappy asking for a shave and music. Shoulder massager was put away. Once Fela had calmed I gave him a shave and cleaned/creamed Felas keyloids afterwards he was served with his snack and sleep well tea. Bath was ran and assisted with his bath routine now happily splashing in the bath.
