Shift Report:
Came for evening duty. Fela , Esther and Dan were not back from greener pasture. I said hello to Fela when they arrived. Esther updated the TEACCH board with Fela and they bounced on the gym ball. Dinner was prepared and he ate. He was offered shoulder massage afterwards. Fela had his shave and his snack. Bath prepped and he was assisted to bath.
