Shift Report:
Fela was collected from mama and Michael’s and returned home. On return Fela was agitated, and was left to calm. Claire did the board with Fela and cleaned hid Keloids. Claire read Fela three stories which Fela enjoyed. Then Fela sat at the table for his snacks. After snacks Fela sat in his rocking chair listening to music. Relaxed in rocking chair until he sat down for lunch. Said prayer ate his lunch neat and tidy. After lunch sat in his rocking chair. On writing my report Fela is still rocking in his rocking chair.
