Shift Report:
- Assisted Fela from the bath and dried his back, Fela did the rest. Went upstairs and went through the night routine. After some messing, Fela got into bed, gave a head massage, said prayer, put music on low and the fan also then left. Was in bed at 22.05, got up 22.37 walked round then got back in bed. asleep from about 23.40. Scratching face at times so may be awake longer. Awoke about 03.30, vocal at 03.50 so asked Fela to use the toilet and did so then returned to bed 03.55 and settled. Remained awake and vocal until 06.30 and fell soundly asleep. Awoke at 08.55. Went up with supplements tea and fruit. Eating and drinking tea at time of report.
