Arrived on shift with Esther , said hello to Fela finishing his tea. Had a handover from Kingsley and checked petty cash. Fela then sat relaxing to music, we completed all chores. Went through the board with Fela, agreed to shopping. We all got ready and went in car to Lidl, Fela did well and used toilet before leaving the store. Fela had a snack and drink then we continued to the butchers. Fela asked to remain in the car, so did so. We then went home, unpacked and lunch was prepared. We sat, said prayer and ate. After Fela had a dessert. Sat on sofa relaxing then requested a nap. Room was prepared and Fela lay. Slept for 1 hr 10 mins. Awoke and had snack and a drink, then relaxed with music. Mina arrived and gave handover and checked petty cash. Relaxing to music at time of report.
