As Fela was done with his bath, I assisted him to dry himself and he brushed his teeth. I asked him to try and pass urine before we went to his room.
His music was put on, and I assisted him with the rest of his evening routine. The flat sheet was maintained as the room temperature was 24.0°C and the outside temperature was 19°C. Once Fela got into bed, I gave him a massage and left the fan on a low setting.
I left the room with the door slightly ajar. Fela fell asleep at 22:30. He turned a few times during the night but appeared relaxed throughout.
Fela first woke at 03:12, where I prompted him to use the toilet. He then returned to bed, and I assisted him in lowering his sleep mask. The room temperature at this time was 24.9°C.
Fela fell back asleep at 05:01, woke again at 05:29, and after turning a few times, settled back to sleep at 05:55.
At 06:30, I went to his room and we came downstairs for his morning routine. Fela took his supplements and brushed his teeth. Breakfast was then prepared and served.
He later took his remaining supplements, and we went upstairs to get ready for the day. Upon returning downstairs, Fela went to relax in the lounge.
