I arrived for my shift at 4pm Fela was not yet back, so i cleared his board and turned the t.v on. Fela shortly arrived back with mama and Michael, Michael prompted Fela to take outdoor wear off, Fela then went sat in his rocking chair, myself and Dan then had handover from Carla. Carla and Michael left.
Dan then updated the board with Fela and put music on, Fela relaxed listening to music and had cup tea. While Fela relaxed we did some chores.
i then prompted Fela to the toilet just before dinner, fela used toilet and past urine, we all then sat down for dinner fela said prayer then ate his dinner neat and tidy. When fela had finished his dinner he had his hot chocolate. Once finished with that he went sat in his rocking chair and listen to music. I then prompted ela to do his foot physio. Dan and fela both did walk at home fela completed 20mintues of the video and worked up a good sweat and requested the fan on, While dan and fela did this i did some chores. Once he had finished this dan gave fela a facial trim then cleaned and creamed fela keloids. fela then relaxed listening to ocean sounds,
At 8pm fela had his snack once finished he relaxed, Dan then prompted fela into the bathroom. Fela used the toilet nd had very large bowel movement, normal and no blood. Fela then got into the bath. Dan supported fela with his personal hygiene.
At the time off writing this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath .
