On arrival I said hello to Fela and had handover. I updated the board, while Fela relaxed we started some chores. I started dinner once it was ready Fela used the toilet and then sat we all said prayer and ate his food well followed by a hot chocolate and then returned to his chair. Later he did foot physio with Claire once finished myself and Fela did walk at home completing 20 mins afterwards fela was hot and wanted the fan on. Fela then requested a shave I gave him one and cleaned his keyloids afterwards. Fela was left listening to relaxing music. At 8pm Fela had his snack and sleep well tea. I ran his bath and when ready he entered the bathroom. Fela used the toilet and had a large bowel movement I then returned to help Fela with his bath routine. Fela is currently splashing in the bath happily.
