Shift Report:
Handover given by MH & WA, Fela was seated on his chair in the kitchen with them and I said hello to him. He was smiley, and appeared in good mood, MC dropped off some beef broth and checked up on Fela before leaving. We have dinner, Fela wiped the table after dinner and was vocal unhappy. He went to relax and came to point on Plex and chose “Despicable Me 4”. He refused exercise, shoulder massage given and served his snack, he got shaved and keloids cleaned. WA ran and assisted him with bath.
