Assisted out of the bath and dried he then brushed his teeth and used the toilet before heading to the bedroom. Completed night routine was in bed at 22.10. Music left on low and Fan left on for 1 hour by request. Before leaving we said prayer together and gave Fela a head massage. Fela slept from 22.30 till 5.40. once downstairs he had a glass of water and then took supplements. He then had a shower. Once finished he was assisted to dry and brushed his teeth before sitting to pray. Had breakfast and supplements and headed upstairs, morning routine completed. Settled in the lounge.
