On arrival Fela was asleep In bed. We had handover from Marc. We heard Fela at 9.35 I took his supplements and fruit up to him I sat with him while he had these. Once he had finished Fela used the toilet got undressed and entered the shower. I returned to Fela to continue his routine once out of the shower he got himself dry and then sat on the toilet asking for 5 he had a bowel movement and then sat on the bed. He did his routine well and brushed his teeth before heading downstairs for breakfast. Fela was sat at the dining table by 10.55 we said prayer together and then started to eat his breakfast followed by supplements. Once finished Fela took his apron to the kitchen. Claire then went through the board with Fela as well as a social story about going pumpkin picking. Fela became vocal while doing this but gave thumbs up. Claire later asked again if he still wanted to go he gave thumbs up again. Fela then put on his shoes using the toilet before going for a drive to the farm. We walked around for 20mins Fela pushing the wheel Barrow with him along the way. We picked some pumpkins and then went to pay. Once we had payed we returned to the car because the cafe was very busy. He had his lunch and cake while In the car. When finished we drove home Fela was happy and smiling. Once home he removed his outdoor clothing and used the toilet. He then went to sit on the sofa listening to music. I made Felas snack he then relaxed listening to music. Emma arrived. I then updated the board with Fela while Emma cooked dinner. We then did foot physio and handle together. We then all sat for dinner Fela said prayer very well and then we started to eat. While eating Fela had a snotty nose he got himself a tissue out of the box and blew his nose then continued eating. He then had his hot chocolate. Fela refused any exercise this evening and continued to have a snotty nose blowing it throughout the evening. I made his snack. Emma ran Felas bath and did his routine with him. He is now happily splashing in the bath.
