Shift Report:
I arrived for shift and fela was listening to music, i had handover and then I started to prepare dinner. Dan did foot physio and handle woth fela then we all sat down and had dinner. Fela then had his hot chocolate and then he sat on the sofa. He relaxed listening to music I sat with him most of the evening. He had snack and then I supported him with his bath routine
fela has got a cold. His nose has been running all evening
