Arrived for my shift at Fela’s, SS & BK gave handover and I said hello to Fela who was quite and seated on his sofa. SS updated the TEACCH board with Fela, I gave SS a brief of Fela’s melt down yesterday and that was the reason for his quietness and slow participation in activities. We gave him foot spa, rub his forehead and back with tiger balm and then put on relax music before dinner. He took his supplements later and then came for dinner, after dinner he was given facial trim, keloids cleaned and had his shoulder massager as well as the foot spa again. He had his evening snack and then his bath was ran, splashing at the entry of my report.
