Arrived at Fela’s, said good morning, then had a handover from Emma B. Emma left, I sat with Fela while he finished his supplements and water. He then sat relaxing. We all got ready to go Lidl shopping, Fela used the toilet then we went. Got there just before 10.00, Fela did well going round with the trolley, did need prompting occasionally when touching/moving items. Seemed quite cheerful whilst going round the isles. On return Claire made Fela a snack and prepared his lunch. Put receipt in for shopping. Cleaned shower room and mirrors. We all sat for lunch after Fela had been to the toilet, said prayer and ate. Fela had cake and ice cream after. He then sat in the sofa relaxing with music. I hoovered all floors downstairs and porch. We later did improved health with Jules, Fela did very well for 30 minutes. Then relaxed listening to music. Later did leaf weaving with Fela and then Claire read 4 books to him. After listened to music again . Listening to music at time of report.
