Assisted Fela out of bath, dried back, Fela did rest. He used the toilet for a while before going upstairs. Had his sleep mix. Once up we went through the night routine , brushed his teeth then used toilet again . In bed , massage, said prayer, music on low, left at 22.15. Asleep by 22.30.
Slept through until I went up woke Fela at 07.00 with supplements, tea and fruit. Used the toilet then sat, had supplements, fruit and tea. Had shower then Went through the morning routine. Went down for breakfast at 08.00. Messed a lot then eventually sat, said prayer, had supplements and breakfast. After sat at sofa and put shoes on. Paul and Kingsley arrived , gave handover and all got ready to go Lidl.
