I arrived for shift and fela was sitting on toilet, had handover from emma and chloe
Fela had large bowel movement this was normal but lot of blood in pain fela then sat at table for his snack. I sat with fela while he had these.
Once fela had finished snack myself, emma had handover with adele. Fela then went to sit in his rocking chair and we did the board.
We gave fela five then myself, adele and fela did handle and foot physic. While adele was looking up video on youtube for fela me and fela did foot physio rolling ball under our feet we then did alumni stick following a video this was about 5minutes long, when this finished fela wanted to do another one which about 5 minutes long he was full of smiles while doing this. We then noticed there was video for physical education with lummi stick so we had look was planning on watching to see what it was like, as it started playing fela got up and started doing it so me and adele did with fela it was great fun and fela was smiling and laughing while doing so appeared really enjoy it. This we did this for about 4 mintues.
Fela then set the table ready for dinner then went to sit on the toilet. Once fela had finished on toilet and washed his hands he got his apron and then carried his evening meal in to the dinning room.
We then sat down for our evening meal fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished his pudding and water he brought dishes into kitchen and helped to dry and put dishes away. Fela did very well and I gave him lots of praise and encouragement. Once finished fela went to sit in his rocking chair and listend to music. We then updated fela board he refused to do walk at home.
Adele cleaned and creamed fela keliod he choose to watch shrek 2. Fela then went sat at the dinning table for his snack and then he went to finishing watching dvd. Myself and adele sat with fela.
Fela then went into the bath room used the toilet and past urine. Fela then got undressed and into the bath. Adele supported fela with his personal care and gave fela a facial scrub.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing away in bath
