Fela got out of the bath at at 21.50 had his sleep tincture then got dry, fela then used the toilet past urine then sat down and had large bowel movement this was normal but a lot blood and then headed upstairs to completed his evening routine.
Fela completed his routine very well, used the toilet past urine then got in to bed. We said prayer left fela music on low and said goodnight. Fela was in bed for 22.20am and sleep by 11am
I then heard fela st 5.30 am prompyed fela to go to bathroom past urine then got back in to bed. On checking camera fela has been a wake since about 5am.
Fela returned to bed but didnt go back to sleep. I went up to fela at 7am with refreshment. I sat with fela while he had these and took these very well. Fela then used the toilet and past urine, fela then got in the shower and completed his routine really. Fela got his own clothes out and then got dressed with verbal prompts.
Fela was downstairs for 8.12am and helped to make his breakfast. Fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished his breakfast he took his supplements really well, fela then took apron in and help to make his cup tea and then went to sit in his rocking chair, and listened to music.
Zoe and adele arrived for shift had handover.
