got to felas at 4 30,he was watching a film on setee,had hand over ,I prepared dinner with Mina and Kingsley ,Fela said his prayer and ate his dinner,he sat and did foot physio and used his foot spa ,he was falling asleep ,so we had Carla phone him ,he had chat ,and got in the bath ,Fela was in the bath till ,9 30,Paul had arrived so he took Fela through his bedtime routine ,Fela was in bed and asleep for 22.00,he slept till two and was then awake till 5,he got out of bed and was walking around ,he went back to sleep and woke at 7 15 ,very vocal ,so we left him to calm ,he was in shower still vocal ,asking for 5.he calmed down and went through his morning routine,he came down and sat and had his breakfast with me .he is calm now and smiling.updated board ,lunch all prepared for later ,Fela was happy and smiling when I left
