On arrival I had handover and then said hi to Fela who was a little vocal sitting on the sofa listening to music. I then started to prepare dinner we didn’t do foot physio or handle due to how Fela was being vocal and seemed to be tiered. Once dinner was ready we all sat and said prayer together and he ate well followed by his hot choc afterwards. He then returned to the sofa where he had 20 mins before putting on his shoes, using the toilet and going for a neibourhood walk. We walked for approx 20 mins once back home he removed his shoes and coat and went to the toilet where he passed urine. He then sat down for his snack at the dining table I made his bed and then started to run his bath. Fela completed his bath routine very well with myself washing his back and assisting with his hair he is now happily splashing in the bath.
