Shift Report:
WA&EO handover to me, Fela was seated on his sofa and vocal. Updated the TEACCH board with Fela and he responded with a thumbs up. WA prepared, served and we prayed before eating. Afterwards he had his hot chocolate and went to relax in the sofa, his keloids were cleaned for him. Had his foot spa, snack and WA ran his bath and assisted him to it.
