Assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. We went upstairs and went through the night routine, Fela messed and threaded and brushed his teeth. Got into bed , said prayer , music on low and left. Was in bed by 22.20 vocal in bed , prompted to try and sleep. asleep by about 23.15. Asleep until 04.15, used the toilet and got back in bed. Asleep until 07.05, asked Fela to use the toilet and went up with supplements ,fruit and tea at 07.10. Got into the shower then went through the morning routine, went down for breakfast, messed for a while then sat, said prayer and ate. Still remains vocal this morning. Sitting relaxing at time of report.
