Arrived on shift with Kingsley , Fela was finishing getting ready upstairs, Brandy then gave handover once down and we checked petty cash and signed. We got ready and went in car to the butchers and then Lidl, Fela was helpful, he used the toilet, urine, then we drove to Burslem Park for a walk. Fela had his snack and drink there. On return all shopping was put away and Fela sat relaxing until lunch. Had supplement, sat, said prayer and ate, had drink and dessert. Fela then dried all dishes. We all then went outside and sat on the table and chairs enjoying some fruit. Carla and Michael arrived and I had my review. After said bye to Fela.
