So sorry this is late I totally forgot.
fela got out the bath at around 10pm he got dried used the toilet and then did his routine well. He was in bed with light outs around 22:25pm and was asleep for around. 10:45pm.
fela slept all the way through until o woke him at 8:30am he had his fruit tea and supplements and then I got him in the shower. Carla and Michael arrived and had handover and I left
