Arrived at Fela’s and said good morning to him as he sat relaxing in lounge. Had a handover from Mina and then she left. I cleaned all downstairs and hoovered all rooms and Patrick cleaned shower room, and his bedroom also hoovering upstairs. Rang Carla as was on a red alert. Recommended asking if would like a local walk or a park but decided not to go to the cinema. I went through the board with fela and he chose a walk at Bathpool. About 11am Fela went to the toilet in readiness to get ready to go out for the walk. We heard Fela making noises in the bathroom so investigated and found Fela being sick into the sink. He was sick several times so I called Carla to inform her. Carla recommended to see how he was and if he seemed fine to go for the walk. We changed all clothing and Fela refused the walk although he seemed ok. Gave Fela a peppermint Tea and after that a small piece of toast to see if he was ok with food. I prepared a lunch for Fela as he watched “ Singing in the Rain” on tv. Later we sat, said prayer and Fela had a small lunch and dessert with water. After he relaxed watching the rest of his film. Had a nap for an hour then asked for a juice. Sat listening to music. Fela went to the toilet locked the door , messed a lot then came out 20 minutes later smiling. He sat relaxing again. Asked Fela several times during the day if he now felt better and he said yes. I asked Fela to participate in colouring and dot to dot activity and he refused, gym ball he refused and refused a walk. I did feel that he was still feeling off as he was belching several times as I sat with him and could smell a sick smell the same as when he was sick this am. Gave him a snack and tea. Relaxing listening to music at time of report.
