Shift Report:
Fela was out of bath at 9:34pm and had his sleep mix. We went upstairs for his evening routine and he was in bed by 09:53pm. He slept around 10:18pm and woke up at 12:00am and was prompted to go to the loo which he did. He came back and slept around 12:07am and woke up at 6:0am. I went upstairs at 6:45am to give him his supplements and tea. He was assisted to have his shower and morning routine. We came downstairs for his breakfast.
