Shift Report:
I started my day duty with Shahab and we all signed petty cash. Carla called to check on Fela and provided guidance for the day. The TEACCH board was updated and household chores completed. Fela had his snack and relaxed while listening to music in the lounge. Lunch was prepared and he had his lunch and dessert. We got ready and we went for education at Liz and he did well throughout the session. He had his snack in the car and we returned home where he relaxed in the lounge. Brandy reported for evening duty and I handed over.
