Shift Report:
I prompted fela out of the bath at 21.45pm, fela got himself dry then used toielt and past urine. Once finished in the bathroom fela headed up stairs. Fela hall creams and oils applied then got his night time ware on. Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth and then used toielt and past urine. Once finished fela got into bed. We said prayer and good night.
Music left on low.
Fela was in bed for 22 05pm and asleep by 22.35pm.
I then heard fela at 3.21am jexwas very nosiy I promted him to the toielt he used to toielt and past urine then got back in to bed. I prompted fela to lay down and nice and quiet as time for sleep. Fela was then at base line. Fela didn’t go back to sleep and was vocal on and off.
At 5.45 am fela was still awake so I took fela fruit and waking supplements up. I sat with fela while he had these. Once finished I encouraged fela to lay down and to be nice and quiet as it time for sleep made sure fela pillows were flat. Fela lay day and was base line.
Fela lay down went back to sleep at 6.30am . I then heard fela just after 810am
I went up to fela and prompted him in to the bathroom. Fela used the toielt and had large bowel movement.
Fela then got into the shower. I supported fela with his personal hygiene. I then signed 10 mintues to fela.
I then went back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower, fela got himself dry then went and sat on his bed. Fela then completed his mroing rountie well. He completed this very well and was downstairs for 8.47am. Fela went and got his apron and put it on. Fela then sat down at 8.50am and drank hisaloe vera juice. Once finished this fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy, i sat with fela while he had his breakfast.
When fela had finished his breakfast he had his suppleemnts, i reamined sitting with fela while he took these, fela then drank his tea and water.
Carla and Julie arrive.
Fela then took of his apron and went and sat on the sofa listened to relaxing jazz music.
I went and gave Carla and Julie handover.
