I arrived for my shift fela was upstairs finishing his routine. Fela then came down stiars and I said morning. Fela then got on his apron and said prayer with Dan. While I went up and started cleaning the shower room. Then had handover from Dan.
Dan then left.
I qent sat woth fela while he had his supplements . Fela has been very nosiy while having supplements. Once finished fela went sat on the sofa. While fela relaxed I went and completed the shopping list and shopoing order. Julie did the board with fela.
Fela then had his snack and then shortly after we got our shoes on fela used toielt past urine then we left and headed to burslem park. We walked for good 25mintues. We tried fela to go round twice but was instant on going to car after frist lap we headed for home. We returned home at 12.15pm and fela removed out ware then went sat on the toielt had top chang3d and removed socks. He then asked for 5 in the toielt. Once finished fela then went sat on the sofa board updated fela relaxed listening to music.
At 1pm we all sat down for lunch and fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy once finished fela had cake and sorbet. Then he wiped down the table. And went into the kitchen and hung his apron up. Fela then went and sat on the sofa and listned to music.
Fela realxed while his lunch settle. We then went into fela and we did makaton if happy know it and pointed different body parts. We then played match the words to body part fela was reculant at 1st But came and sat at the table and did very well. He then labels by wrting different body parts in the correct space on the picture. Afterwards he to toielt. Once finished in the bathroom at 3.30pm fela had his snack at the table, fela finished his snack at 4pm. I then cleaned and creamed fela keliods. He then went sat on the sofa.
