Fela got out the bath around 9:50 he dried himself and then he did his routine well. He was in bed with lights out at 22:20. Fela was asleep for 11pm. Fela slept all the way through until 7:20am he used the toilet and then he had refreshments. It took just over half an hour for fela to take these, he then did his routine well and was down stairs for 9 he is just taking his supplements
