Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with KO. Fela was having his breakfast. Say hello to Fela and took handover from VE. Teacch board updated with Fela. All the daily routine done by us. CC call us and gave some instructions for Fela. Fela had his morning snacks and juice. Fela agreed for the Cineworld for movie. We changed his clothes Fela was excited and we drove to Cineworld. Fela was calm and happy during the movie. Fela enjoyed the movie with his popcorns. After the movie he used the toilet and passed urine. Then we drove back to home. Fela had his lunch, dessert and glass of water. We did Makatons and we did some colouring. Fela had his snacks and choice of herbal tea. He was relaxing on his comfy sofa. We started cooking for Fela’s dinner. Marc came in for his shift. Gave handover to Marc say good bye to Fela.
