Arrived on shift this morning with Loretta, Fela sat in lounge relaxing. Shahab gave handover and petty cash was checked and signed. The board was updated and went through with Fela and agreed to all. Fela used the toilet. Fella had hid snack. We completed chores. We then all got ready and went in the car to Bathpool. In return lunch was prepared. We all sat, said prayer then ate. Fela had dessert and water. He then sat relaxing in the lounge. Had half hour nap as seemed tired. Carla and Michael left as they had come to do some work on house. Later did makaton . Foot physio was done. Dinner was prepared. Fela had his snack and smoothie. Kingsley arrived on shift , handover given and petty cash checked and signed. The board was updated. When dinner was ready Fela had supplements , we all sat, said prayer and we ate, after he had water and hot choc drink. Fela dried all dishes. As he took so long to drink his waters and hot choc drink as he was biting his inside cheek and lip it was late to do drying of dishes. Fela then did walk with coach angel for 15 minutes. He then had his snack, sleep tea and supplements. He then with assistance rang mama and spoke for a while. When finished we went upstairs, assisted by myself and went through the bath routine.
