Came for evening shift with Paul. We Updated TEACCH board with fela. We then did some washing and drying. After that Paul and I prepared dinner for fela. He visited the washroom and we sat with him to eat after prayers.He took his evening medication.
We did foot physio with him for about 15 minutes.
Paul and I emptied all bins disinfect the kitchen worktop and sink.
Fela was supposed to do walk at home with Lucy but he declined upon several attempts.
Fela’s beddings were changed and bed making done with paul.
Paul served Fela with 1/2 cup mixed nut and his sleep tea as well as his bedtime medication
I did his facial trim before bath
Paul assisted Fela to bath.
My shift then came to an end with fala in the bathroom
