I arrived for my shift with LP. We took handover from DW. We received phone call from Carla. Teacch board updated with Fela. All the chores done by us. We served him with his morning snack. Later we got ready to go for Westport lack for walk. On the driveway, Fela was unsettled and rocking. We asked him if he wants to go and he agreed, so we drove there. After 40 minutes of walk, he enjoyed his packed lunch, dessert and electrolyte drinks. Afterward we drove back home. On arrival we changed his clothes. Then he went to the lounge to relax. Later he refused education and instead requested his snacks.
Carla and Michael arrived to drop off some things. Fela was delighted to receive a gift from Carla and unwrapped it to find a new umbrella. He was scratching his fingers so Carla applied some cream. Later Carla and Michael said goodbye and left.
We offered him a nap and prepared the room for him. He didn’t sleep; he simply lay down for 30 minutes. We woke him up and served him with his snacks and smoothie.
He did foot physio and handle exercise. EO came in handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
