Shift Report:
On arrival for my shift, had handover from Shahab then signed petty cash and went on to say hello to Fela. I updated the board with Fela and he agreed. He had his supplement, and we all sat and had dinner. Fela dried the dishes afterwards. He declined evening exercise. He had shoulder massage, shave and his snacks. Loretta prepared his bath and assisted him.
