I arrived for my shift and had handover. Fela was just about to get out the shower. I began hoovering. Fela then came down for breakfast. I said prayer with fela and he ate. I then got out the cleaning supplies to do the shower room with and Marc did the shower room. I cleaned the car. When I came back in fela was still at the table. I promtped fela to take his supplements. I then did the dishes, dried them and put them away. I then prepared felas snack and packed it away in his bag with his water. I assisted fela with getting his outwear on and we got in the car. We went to tunstall park. At tunstall park we had a lovely walk around and we sat down so fela could have his snack. We went back to the car at 12 and headed home. When we got home I prompted fela to take of his outwear and he went tl sit down. I made fela a cup of tea and helped Marc prepare lunch. Marc then cooked lunch and I cleaned felas keloids. When lunch was nearly done I set the table. We sat down, said prayer and ate. After lunch fela fela had an ice lolly. I washed the dishes and Marc helped me with drying and putting them away. It was then time to watch a film. Fela chose Alvin and the chipmunks. At half three I did felas snack, he had popcorn and almond nuts. Once the film was finished fela went to the the toilet and passed urine. Once he was finished he went to sit down and I opened the curtains and put fela some relaxing music on. fela relaxed for a while then Claire arrived. We had handover and I left.
