Fela had his sleep mix and was out of the bath by 21.50. Brushed his teeth and used the toilet before going to his room. Creams applied. Head massage given and said prayer together. Fela was left in bed at 22.20. He slept at 22.30. waking at 4.50 to use the toilet he stayed awake since returning to bed. I went to his room around 6.30 then we came downstairs. He had waking supplements and then used the toilet before getting into the shower. He then brushed his teeth before sitting at the dining table to have breakfast. We then went upstairs the complete the morning routine. Came back downstairs and sat in the lounge listening to music with his harmonica.
