I arrived for my shift at 8pm fela wasn’t home yet so I went up made his bed and then did some jobs while awaiting his return. I then ran fela bath.
Fela returned home with mama and Michael at about 8.45pm, I prompted fela into the bathroom he sat on the toielt and past urine then got undressed. I then prompted fela into the bath. Had handover from Carla and micheal, they then left. I then supported fela with his personal hygiene. Fela then relaxed in the bath.
I prompted fela out off the bath at 10pm he got himself dry then used toielt past urine then headed upstairs. Fela completed his evening routine well. He got into bed and said prayer we then said goodnight.
Left music on low.
Fela was in bed for 10.20pm and asleep by 10.45pm
I then heard fela at 2.50pm prompted him to the toilet pasr urine then got back into bed at 3pm. Fele then went back to sleep at 4.45am on checking camera fela was a wake at 2.15am.
I then heard fela at 8.05am went up to him and took his waking supplements and fruit. I then prompted fela into the bathroom used toielt and past urine then had large bowel movment. Fela then got into the shower and I supported fela with personal hygiene then signed 10. I wnet back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower. Fela completed his morning routine really abd was downstairs for 9.10am fela said prayer with Emma.
On writing this report fela is eating his breakfast
I heard fela cough a few times in the night. Can we please monitor and keep an eye on this over next couple days
