<span;>On arrival Fela was relaxing on the sofa. I had handover and then updated the board with Fela. Fela looked very tiered and was reported that he had vomited. I then made dinner. Dinner was served and we said prayer together Fela ate slowly and had hot choc afterwards once he had finished he returned to the sofa and vomited again not keeping down any of his food. Myself and Patrik cleaned up and I helped Fela remove clothing and put fresh on. I phoned Carla to inform her about Fela vomiting again. Fela relaxed I made his snack toast with butter to settle stomach. Sleep well tea and drink 2 white willows with his kalms. When Fela used the bathroom before his bath I noticed he had a loose bowel movement. I went through Felas bath routine. He is now splashing quietly in the bath.
