30/05/2026 – Sleep shift – Mina Adomako

Shift Report:

  • Fela was out of the bath by 9:42pm. He was  helped to dry himself, brush his teeth and he emptied his bladder before we went to his bedroom to complete his evening routine.He was in bed by 10:11pm . He fell asleep around 10:37pm.Fela briefly opened his eyes at 11:22pm and turned to the opposite side and went back to sleep at 11:25pm. His second awakening was 2:41am. He was prompted to use the loo but did not do so. He remained quiet in bed, rubbing and pulling at his eyelid and eventually fell asleep at 2:46am . At 3:56am, he opened his eyes, turned to the opposite side and fell back asleep within a minute. He woke up at 5:29am and he he was prompted to use the loo which he did. I quickly went to check his bedding and it was wet. His bedding, pant and vest were changed. He returned to bed but did not sleep. At 6:20pm, we  came downstairs  where he had his water, followed by pre shower supplements and his shower. Afterwards, he had his breakfast and his morning routine was completed. We then return to the lounge. Morning staff arrived. I handed over to them, and we all signed the petty cash.
