Fela got out the bath around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out at 22:20pm. Fela was asleep by 22:45. I heard fela at 2:30 he used the toilet and then got back into bed. Fela was awake from them. I took his supplements up at 5am and told fela it was still night time and need to try to sleep. Fela was still awake so at 6:45 o took his tea a fruit up and then he got into he shower. He was down stirs for 8am breakfast and supplements had and is now listening to music on the sofa
